SureHold is a software platform for lien-waiver payment automation. SureHold is not a bank, escrow company, money transmitter, or law firm; payment funds are held and moved through our payment provider, Stripe, under Stripe’s terms. Waiver templates are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal advice.
